Charles W. Elkins, 79, resident of Clarksville, Ohio passed Friday July 16, 2015. Beloved husband of the late Louise (Fields) Elkins; Loving father of Clara Murdock, Sharon Scouler, Barbara Elkins-Hess, Linda Moore, Sheila Leyes, and the late Glenn and Maurice Elkins; Adoring grandfather of 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild. He was a 41 year member of the Montgomery Lodge No. 94 F.& A.H.. Visitation will be held on Tuesday July 21, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. with Masonic Services promptly at 11 A.M. Funeral Service to follow.
