Charles Michael Fuson

In loving memory of Charles Michael"Mike"Fuson, who passed away May 1, 2026. Born on November 4, 1959, Mike lived a life that radiated joy, warmth, and connection. He was a devoted husband to Jenifer Fuson, whom he married October 4, 1987 and a proud father to his daughter, Andrea Dodds. Known affectionately as "Papa" to his cherished grandchildren, Evan Michael Dodds and Kenzie Jane Muhlhauser, Mike was deeply involved in their lives, creating countless memories filled with laughter and love. He is also survived by his siblings, Kimberly Faye (Danny) Hardin, Troy Eugene Fuson, and Treasa Sue (Tod) Jones. His absence will be felt deeply, yet his spirit will continue to inspire all who knew him. Mike was preceded in death by: his parents Robert Harold and Beverly Fuson,Sr. and brothers Robert H. Fuson, Jr.and Steven M. Fuson.

A man who never met a stranger, Mike had a remarkable ability to connect with others, offering help to anyone in need. Known as "Mr. Fixit," he possessed an incredible knack for problem-solving, always ready to MacGyver a solution out of any challenge. Whether he was out fishing, exploring the great outdoors, or traveling near and far, he found joy in the company of others and an adventure in every encounter. It was not uncommon for him to run into someone he knew, even in the unlikeliest of places, and he embraced every meeting with a contagious smile.

A few years ago, Mike proudly joined the Catholic Church, taking on the name "Joseph," a reflection of his deep faith and commitment to his spiritual journey. His legacy of kindness, generosity, and love will forever be remembered by those whose lives he touched.


A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on May 9, 2026, at St. Columban Church 894 Oakland Road, Loveland at 10:00 AM, where family and friends will gather to celebrate Charles's life and the wonderful memories shared. Keeping with Mike's wishes cremation will follow the Mass.

In honor of Mike, we invite all to come together to remember a remarkable man who lived life to the fullest, with love in his heart and kindness in his actions.
