Charles Robert Hall, beloved husband of Pamela Hall, devoted father of Matthew (Danae) Hall and Aaron Hall, loving grandfather of Gemma Hall and Dillon Hall, dear brother of Thomas Hall and the late Ruth Simpson. Passed away on November 14, 2019 at the age of 64. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen, on Wednesday, November 20th from 10 AM until time of funeral services beginning at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow at Plainview Cemetery.
