Charles Othneal Jaeger

Charles (Chuck) Othneal Jaeger, beloved husband of Lorraine Legge Jaeger, devoted father of Josh (Meg) Jaeger, Hayley Jaeger and Jake Jaeger (Kara Kirk, fiancée), son of the late Robert Jaeger and the late Ruth Childs Jaeger, dear brother of Robert “Randy” (Joyce) Jaeger, Katherine Glover, Roger (Kate) Jaeger and Jennifer (James) Merritt, also survived by many nieces, nephews and a host of friends. He unexpectedly passed away on the morning of May 9, 2022, at the age of 58 years. Chuck was a selfless individual who devoted his life to the service of others. He was a loving, caring, intelligent, and thoughtful man. For those of you that didn’t know Chuck, he worked as an auto mechanic, was an avid reader, loved watching Formula 1 Racing with his sons, and loved to send funny memes to his friends and family. His tissues are being donated and could help up to 75 people. In lieu of flowers or donations, we ask you to do something kind for someone today, as Chuck would have done. A memorial will be held at the convenience of the family. Chuck/Dad, we love you, and we will miss you.
