Charles D. Johnson

Charles "Charlie" Dickerson Johnson beloved husband of 27 years to Betty (nee Adams) Johnson; loving father of Tracy (Greg) Morgan, Karen (Joe) Frank, Melanie (Anthony Smith) Powell and Michele (Dwayne) Brewer; cherished grandfather of Mallorie, Jason, Drew, Jon, Danielle and Daniel; great grandfather of Cassidy, Warren, Ivy. Gracie, Carter and Hunter; dear brother of Larry Johnson; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; and his puppies Kaley and Sugar. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Hazelle (nee Adams) Johnson; his first wife, Charletta "Cookie" (nee Unland) Johnson; and brother, Glynn Johnson. Passed away after a long illness on Thursday January 14, 2021. Age 77 Residence Goshen Township. Charlie honorably served in the US Army during Vietnam. He retired from the Ford Motor Company after 42 years of service. Charlie received his 50 year pin as a member of the Milford Masonic Lodge and was a member of the Syrian Shrine.

Visitation will be held at Evans Funeral Home, 1944 State Route 28, Goshen on Tuesday January 19th from 1:00 PM until time of Masonic service and funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial with military honors will follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens in Milford, OH.
