Charles E. McHenry beloved husband of the late Evelyn E. (nee Irwin) McHenry; loving father of Charles (Deborah) McHenry Jr., Jim (Cammy) McHenry, Dennis McHenry, Claude McHenry, Doug (Bev) McHenry, Ethel (Steve) Shelton and the late Mary Davis; proud grandfather of Andi Miller, Charles Lee McHenry, Kathryn Glaser, Ryan McHenry, James McHenry Jr., Theodore Shoop Jr., Kristie Foster, David McHenry, Jessica McHenry Northern and Brian Sheffield; great grandfather of Brittany McHenry, Catlin McHenry, Jessica McHenry, Madison McHenry, Morgan Seibert, Cohen Seibert, Theodire Shoop III, Austin Shoop, Cecelia Disque, Ethan Mchenry, Emma McHenry, Autumn Northern, Willow Northern, Kaydence Northern, Braydon Sheffield, Kaylie Sheffield, and Joseph Miller; great great grandfather of Laikynn Rayne Turner; caring brother of the late Ralph McHenry; uncle of several nieces and nephews; cherished son of the late Wiley and Mary (nee Jones) McHenry. Passed away Sunday July 19, 2015. Age 92. Residence Loveland. He was a 1942 graduate from Goshen High School. Mr. McHenry served in the US Marine Corps during WWII and received a Purple Heart Medal . He retired from Cincinnati Milacron in 1981 after 30 years of loyal service. Friends may call Tuesday July 21st from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St Rt 28, Goshen, OH. Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday July 22nd at the funeral home. Burial with military honors at Goshen Cemetery.
