Charles Smith Nelson

Charles S. Nelson, born in Harrison County, Kentucky on February 2, 1936. Died July 8, 2021, at the age of 85. Survived by his wife of 62 years, Harriet; daughters Charlotte Nelson and Julie Osley. Grandchildren Robert Osley and Amanda Frost, plus great-grandchildren Samara and Max. Reunited with his parents, Harry S. Nelson and Irene Nelson, and brother Joe Ross Nelson. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home in Milford, on Wednesday, July 14 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. The funeral service will be held Thursday, July 15, at 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery. His family requests memorials be sent to the Alzheimer's Association.
