Raper, Charles Bruce, 91, passed September 1, 2020. Beloved husband of Ellen Fay Pertuset Raper; Loving father of Phillip (Vicki) Raper, Cynthia (Daniel) Kirk and Larry (Linda) Raper; Grandfather of Christopher Raper, Timothy (Jessica) Raper, Jennifer (Scott) Hamlin and Brittany (Caleb) Lane. Charles served in the US Army in WWII and the Korean War. He was highly involved in the Mulberry Community Church and the Gideons. He retired from Cincinnati Milicron. Services Friday September 4th. Visitation 1 - 2 PM. Funeral beginning at 2 PM. All at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center St. Milford, OH 45150.
