Charles “Denny” Straley

Charles "Denny" Straley, age 82 of Miami Township, passed away Thursday, March 29, 2018 at Hospice of Cincinnati East. He was born April 12, 1935 the son of Charles and Dortha (nee Denison) Straley. Before his retirement he was a lighting distributor, owning his own business. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lynne (nee Applegate) Straley on December 21, 2017 and a sister Virginia "Nean" Duvall. He is survived by his sons and spouses, Scott, Todd and Mary Ann, Chris and Shannon Straley, grandchildren; Sara, Sam, Katherine, Grace, Carson and Sophie. A Memorial Service is planned for 4:00 PM, April 13, 2018 at the Milford First United Methodist Church, 541 Main St., Milford, OH 45150. His family requests that in lieu of flowers memorials be sent to Hospice of Cincinnati Inc., c/o Bethesda Foundation Inc. PO Box 633597, Cincinnati, OH 45263.
