Charlotte S. Elliott, 87, of Milford, Ohio, passed away peacefully on September 16, 2026, surrounded by love and warmth. Born on April 21, 1939, Charlotte lived a life full of joy, laughter, and dedication to her family and community.

Charlotte was a cherished wife to her beloved husband, Robert Elliott, whom she married April 6, 1962. Together, they built a home filled with love and warmth, where family gatherings during the holidays became cherished traditions. Her two daughters, Cynthia (Gyneth) Jenkins and Karen (Donald) West, along with her grandchildren-Natoshia McComas, Lynn McComas, Elijah Jenkins, Megan West, and Aaron West-were her pride and joy. As a grandmother and great-grandmother, she welcomed the bundles of joy, including Micah Judd, Myles Judd, Riley McComas, and Bayley Moses, into her heart, nurturing each one with unconditional love. She is also survived by her siblings Marlene Rybolt, Leroy Raymond, Ramona Hiteman, Cecilia Shadwick, David Raymond and Daniel Raymond. Charlotte was preceded in death by: parents Roy and Alice (Muller) Raymond, and sisters Marie Veatch and Jean Anne Cegiel.

Charlotte was deeply involved in her community, serving as a devoted member of the Miami Township Citizen on Patrol and finding joy in attending Miami Township Senior Citizen events and trips. Her vibrant spirit shined through in her hobbies; she loved playing games on her iPad, puzzles, enjoying spirited rounds of BINGO, and was known for her avid collection of elephant and angel figurines. Anyone who visited her home would find her sitting on her swing on her back deck sipping coffee and soaking in the beauty of the world around her.

Charlotte was a member of the Milford First United Methodist Church, where she found friendship and faith that sustained her throughout her life.

To honor Charlotte's remarkable life, a Visitation will be held at Evans Funeral Home in Milford on September 26, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. She will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Milford.

As we gather to celebrate Charlotte's life, we will remember her warmth, her laughter, and the love she so generously shared. In our hearts, Charlotte will forever remain the vibrant spirit who brought us all together, a loving presence embodying family values and community service.
