Charlotte Kay Laypool

Charlotte Kay Laypool, age 79, of Stonelick Township, passed October 1, 2015 while on vacation in the Outer Banks with her family. She was born in St. Clairsville, Ohio the daughter of Reuel and Lenore Blon Jeffers. She was retired from the Siemen's Corporation in Norwood, Ohio. In 1994 she married Charles Laypool, who survives, along with her children, Deborah Howey Giles, Mark and John (Terri) Howey, grandchildren, Tiffanie, Tonia, Marshall, Melinda & Jeff and 2 great grandchildren. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Janet Kovach-Gerard. Services will be 2:00PM Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford with visitation from 1:00PM until the time of service. Burial will be in the Plainview Cemetery in Wayne Township.
