Chelsia Ann Carter

Chelsia Ann Carter died unexpectedly December 18, 2021, at Bethesda North Hospital. She was born January 15, 1971 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the daughter of Jerry M. Feiss and Darlene (Carter) Feiss.
Chelsia graduated from Goshen High School, Class of 1990 with a certification in early childhood education from Live Oaks. Chelsia had many challenges to overcome as God made her a little more special than everybody else. Chelsia took life head on and learned how to make it in the world on her own. She was employed early in life by a childcare center where she always enjoyed caring for the children and using the skills she had learned from Live Oaks. Most recently she and her son lived in Goshen and she was employed by Kroger.

She was predeceased by her Father Jerry M. Feiss, her maternal grandparents Levi and Emma Carter, her paternal grandparents Fred and Virginia Feiss.

She is survived by her son Dylan Johnson of Goshen, OH, her mother Darlene Feiss of Milford, OH, her two brothers Dwayne Feiss and his wife Deanna Oaks-Feiss of Lynchburg, Ohio, Terry Feiss and Amy Ahrman of Lynchburg, OH. Nephews Allen Feiss of Blanchester, OH. Dalton Feiss of Georgetown, OH, Ian Feiss of Mt. Orab OH. nieces Autumn Feiss of Middletown OH, Juipiter Feiss of Goshen, OH, Destiny Oaks-Feiss of Lynchburg OH. and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation Wednesday December 22, 2021 10 AM - 11 AM. Funeral 11 AM. All at Evans Funeral Home 1944 State Route 28 Goshen, Ohio. Burial to follow at Buford Cemetery.
