Chester Owen Redmon

Chester Owen Redmon beloved husband of 54 years to Edith (nee Malott) Redmon; loving father of Jeff (Crystal) Redmon, Joyce (Terry) Wells and Jason (Andrea Purdy) Redmon; cherished grandpa of Tabitha (Zac) Mitchell, Jefferie Redmon, Travis Redmon, Tyler Redmon, Alonzo Shelton, Alex Sutton, Anthony Shelton, Ayesha Redmon, Angel Redmon, Devin Wells, Jazmyn Redmon, Mason Redmon, and Kayla Sayler; great grandpa of Zachary Redmon, David Redmon, Dalan Redmon, Jude Redmon, Liam Redmon, Jayce Redmon and Lilly Sayler; dear brother of Paul Redmon Jr, Ray Redmon, John Redmon, Timmie Redmon, Alice Holland, Linda Pell, Carol Lung, Rose Ruffner and Cindy West. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Marie (nee Warman) Redmon; and siblings, Thomas Redmon, James Redmon and Virgil Redmon. Chester served in the US Army during Vietnam. He worked for GM in the Norwood Plant until his retirement. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St Rt 28, Goshen, OH 45122 on Friday April 1, 2022, from 1:00 PM until time of funeral service at 2:00 PM. Burial with military honors will follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens in Milford, Ohio.
