It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Christopher Eric Termuhlen, who will be remembered for his vibrant spirit and deep love for his family. Chris departed this world peacefully on July 18, 2026, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and inspiration.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Ann Marie Rooks, who stood by his side through all of life's journeys. His beloved children, Savanna (John) Brodner and Hunter Termuhlen, carry forward his name with pride, joined by the laughter of his cherished grandchildren, Remington and Jaxon. Chris will also be lovingly remembered by his mother, Rebecca Adams, and his grandmother, Sue Hadley. Chris is preceded in death by his father Eric Termuhlen and his grandfather Gilbert "Smokey" Hadley. He is further survived by his siblings, Stefani, Debi, Ericka (Ben), and Evan (Linda), his beloved cat Lugnut, and by countless aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who were touched by his kindness and spirit.

One of the greatest joys in Chris's life was his special bond with his grandchildren. He took great delight in fishing trips, tossing baseballs, and playing outdoors with them. These moments were not only fun for the little ones but also filled Chris's spirit with a warmth that radiated throughout the family. He cherished every smile, laugh, and hug and his grandchildren truly brought joy to his soul.

Chris was a passionate supporter of the Ohio State Buckeyes, filling his life with joy as he cheered fervently for them. He discovered solace in music, particularly the tunes of Jimmy Buffett, which echoed the free spirit he embodied. As a proud founding member of the Stonecutter Masonic Lodge #802, Chris lived by the values of brotherhood and generosity, impacting the lives of those around him.

An ardent motorcycle enthusiast, Chris relished the thrill of hitting the open road, embracing every moment of freedom it offered. His earlier years were filled with dedication to sports, where he showcased his talents in football and wrestling, later giving back to the community by coaching and refereeing wrestling. His enthusiastic presence was a constant source of support for his children, always the loudest cheerleader in the stands.

With a sense of humor that could light up any room, Chris formed lasting friendships that enriched his life and the lives of those around him. His grandchildren were his greatest joy, and their laughter brought him immeasurable happiness.

The love that Chris shared with Ann Marie was a beautiful bond, filled with countless cherished memories and shared dreams. Together, they created a warm and nurturing home, a place where laughter reigned and family gatherings were treasured. Their shared passion for travel, cooking, and dining out brought them closer together, and they thoroughly enjoyed attending sporting events, reveling in each other's company and celebrating life's simple pleasures.

A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held in honor of Chris, where family and friends will share stories, laughter, and tears as they reflect on his remarkable journey. The gathering will be held at the Little Miami Brewing Co. Event Center, at 310 Mill Street, Milford, OH from 4-8 PM.
