With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Clifford Charles Fulmer, a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, who departed this life on July 2, 2025, in Milford, Ohio. Born on September 20, 1935, Cliff was a cherished member of his community, known for his unwavering dedication, warm spirit, and unforgettable presence.
Cliff's heart never fully left the roots of his hometown. A lifelong fan of Cincinnati sports teams, he found joy in the camaraderie of fellow supporters, but it was his love for old westerns and cop shows that truly filled his days. He could immerse himself in these familiar tales for hours on end, relishing every moment.
In the comforting familiarity of his favorite hangout, Greenies, Cliff made memories that will last a lifetime. His beloved chair, slightly shorter than the others and adorned with his name, became a symbol of his friendly nature and connection with friends. He would occasionally enjoy an adult beverage, sharing laughter and stories as he cherished the bonds formed over years of shared experiences.
Cliff's heart carried a deep love for his late wife, Carolyn. Even long after her passing, the mere mention of her name would bring tears to his eyes, reflecting the incredible bond they shared throughout their lives together. His family remained a vital source of joy and companionship, especially after the loss of his beloved partner.
With an admirable work ethic, Cliff dedicated himself to Silco for nearly 40 years, a testament to his commitment and loyalty. Hardly missing a day of work, he earned the respect and admiration of his colleagues, leaving behind a legacy of dedication.
In the years following Carolyn's departure, Cliff embraced adventure and joy alongside his children, traveling to beautiful destinations like Marco Island, Put-in-Bay, and Gatlinburg. Through these adventures, he created cherished memories that will echo in the hearts of his family forever.
Cliff is survived by his son Dan (Robin) Fulmer; daughter Robin Fulmer; grandchildren Dawn (Eric) Watkins, Sara (Donald) Merand, Ryan Penick, and Zachary Szrankowski; and great-grandchildren Willow, Grace, Ellery, and Ryder. He leaves behind a family that is grateful for the time they shared and inspired by the love he showed them.
A visitation will be held at Evans Funeral Home in Milford on July 9, 2025, beginning at 9:00 AM, followed by a funeral service celebrating Cliff’s life at 10:00 AM.
In this time of reflection, we remember Cliff as a dedicated individual, a loving family man, and a true friend. May his memory bring comfort to all who knew him, as we hold him close in our hearts.
