Corey Jay Vincent Lewis

Born December 4th 1997 passed away on December 20th 2022 at the age of 25.

Cherished son of Debbie and Darrel Lewis. Loving brother to Trey, Destiny and Jasmine.

Survived by his grandparents Susan and Vincent Yeager, Dereva and Jay Gregory also survived by his Aunt Vicki, Uncle Dong and Niece Skylar. Corey loved to give huge hugs to anyone in need, he adored his dog Abby, loved to laugh and he lived to make the world a better place.

Friends and family are invited to attend the Gathering of Friends 5 – 7 PM Thursday December 29, 2022 at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center St. Milford, Ohio.
