Cynthia Lee Decker

Cynthia Lee Decker age 57 of Pleasant Plain passed surrounded by her family August 26, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati. She was born September 23, 1957 in Wilmington, Ohio the daughter of Richard and Judy Hirschbach Fitzgerrel. Her father preceded her in death at an early age adn she was raised by her parents, Richard and Judy Christman. She was a graduate of Goshen High School and returned to the Goshen School System to become a teacher's aide with the Autisum Department. Cynthia was a member of the Pleasant Plain Presbyterian Church. On September 12, 1989 she married Donald Decker who survives along with their children, Joseph (Brandy) Decker, Paige Decker, Devin Decker, James Decker, Alisha Decker, step children, Tony (Tina) Decker, Nathan (Jessica) Decker, Becky (Larry) Thompson, step grandchildren, Brandon, Alex, Zachary,Kyle, Logan,Bailey, Tyler, Karen and Dylan; step great-grandson Charlie, brothers, Richard (Tina) Fitzgerrel, Jerry (Fay) Fitzgerrel, and Perry (Ruth) Fitgerrel and step sisters, Trisha Christman, Cynthia (Dave) Minear and Robin Dillion. Services will be 10:30AM Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St. Rt 28, Goshen, Ohio 45122. Visitation will be on Friday the 28th from 5:00 to 8:00PM at the Evans Funeral Home in Goshen. Pastor Kevin Waters will officiate. Burial will follow in the Edenton Cemetery near Stonelick Lake.
