CYNTHIA "Cindi" M. DOBBS (nee ENGLERT) - Cindi was married to the late Bobby J. Dobbs for 46 years, passed away on Thursday February 8, 2024. She was born April 2, 1955, to Ralph and Mary (Thuenemann) Englert in Dayton, Ohio. Cindi is survived by her sons, Randall "Randy" Dobbs, and Phillip (Crystal) Dobbs, Grandmother of Julia, Chloe, Eva, and Jasper, Great- grandmother of Elizabeth; Sister of Ralph (Linda), Stephen (Donna), Chris, and the late Jeffrey Englert. Cindi loved spoiling her grandchildren and doing arts and Craft with them as well. Services will be PRIVATE, but a celebration of her life will be held at a late date.
