Cynthia Grace Smith

Cynthia Grace Smith, age 27, of Norwood, passed surrounded by her family, on July 23, 2015. She was born in Cincinnati, the daughter of the late Patricia Smith Stallworth and Clifford Henson. She is survived by her grandparents, Dan and Delores Kaaz, fiance` Courtney Holmes, brother Jesse Aaron Smith, step sisters, Candice and Tiffany Mobley, half sister, Kim Henson, step father, Billy Stallworth She was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Stallworth, twin sons, Carter & Carson Holmes and her sister, Jasmine Sara Smith. Services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at the Graceland Memorial Chapel on Deerfield Rd in Miami Township with visitation from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Tuesday at the Evans Funeral Home in Milford. Memorials in lieu of flowers may be made to the Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center St., Milford, OH 45150.

Carter & Carson Holmes were still born July 18, 2015 at the University Hospital in Cincinnati. They are the sons of Cynthia Smith and Courtney Holmes. They are survived by their father, Courtney Holmes, brother Courtney "C.J." Holmes Jr. Grandparents Dan & Delores Kaaz, Thellian Holmes and David Fountain, aunts, Candice & Tiffany Mobley, Angel and Mesha Fountain, uncles, Jessie Smith David Fountain II & Demetrius Fountain. They will have burial with their mother, Cynthia.
