Daniel W. Faught, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2024. Dan was born on November 2, 1946, in Cincinnati, OH, to the late William and Ruth (nee Bess) Faught.

Dan is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Virginia M. (nee Schweitzer) Faught; Cherished father of Anthony Faught and Brian (the late Michelle) Faught; Dear grandfather of Alex (Dominique) Faught, Jordan Faught, Savannah Faught, and Jacob Faught; Great-grandfather of Daniel P. Faught and Paul D. Faught; Brother of David (Beth) Faught, Cynthia (John) Dudley, and the late Debra J. Faught.

Daniel was a man of many talents and passions. He found joy in wood carving and oil painting. His love for nurturing orchids and bonsai trees brought beauty and serenity to his home.

Known for his culinary skills, Daniel had a knack for baking and cooking, delighting his loved ones with delicious meals. His resilience in the face of challenges was admirable, serving as an inspiration to all who knew him. Above all, Daniel cherished his family, finding immense happiness in the company of his spouse, Virginia, their children, and grandchildren.

Daniel's love extended beyond his family to include his fondness for animals.His kindness and compassion knew no bounds, leaving a lasting impact on all who were fortunate enough to cross his path.

A celebration of life for Dan will be held at a later date at the convenience of his family.
