David Allen Carter, husband of the late Julie Barbara Carter, devoted father of David Andrew Carter, Christopher Carter, Mark Carter, Tony (Janet) Carter and Patrick Carter, loving grandfather of 4. David passed away on Sunday, December 10, 2023 at the age of 84. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, on Thursday, December 14th from 9-9:45 AM. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Andrew Church beginning at 10 AM. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
