David G. Lewis

David George Lewis beloved husband of 64 years to Theresa Y. (nee Goble) Lewis; loving father of Nancy (Ernest) House and the late David W. Lewis; cherished Papa of Libby House and Erika House; dear brother of the late Marian (late Richard) Nelson; brother-in-law of Edwin (Carol) Goble and Joyce (Willard) Mason; uncle of several nieces and nephews. January 3, 2021. Age 93. Residence Milford, OH. David was a 1947 graduate of Hamilton High School. He began working at Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company (Duke Energy) in 1944 and retired in 1989. He was inducted in the US Army in 1950 serving in Germany during the Korean Conflict until 1952, and later in the Army Reserves until 1956. David was a longtime member of the McMakin Masonic Lodge, where he served as Worshipful Master in 1983. He was also a lifelong member of the Hamilton Presbyterian Church. Mr. Lewis was a wonderful husband and father, as well as a doting Papa with his two granddaughters. Memorial service will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be given to Milford Schools Foundation, 1099 OH-131, Milford, OH 45150.
