Cherished son of Joan Bowen Puterbaugh and the late Edward Puterbaugh; Loving brother of Dr. Douglas (Cindy) Puterbaugh, Donald (Susan) Puterbaugh, Dani Lyon and Amy Puterbaugh. Survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, colleagues at the Joseph House and his man's best friend "Stormy". Preceded in death by brother Dale Puterbaugh.
