David James Willis

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of David Willis at the age of 89.

David was predeceased by his loving wife Joyce in 2022,and his brother in law John Starr from Australia.He will be lovingly remembered by his three children, Jamie Willis (Patrica), Clinton Willis, and Tracie Willis, as well as his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. David will also be remembered by his sister Barbara Starr and her children.  He also leaves behind a group of very dear friends, including Walter, Annie, and Malcolm.

David had a keen sense of humour and the great ability to engage people with his larger-than-life personality. He loved to joke and laugh. He was a cheerful, kind man who will be dearly missed.

The family would like to thank the staff at The Seasons, who took care of him for the past few years.

A private family service will take place later this year, where David will be interned with his wife Joyce.
