On November 17, 2022, the heavens added a bright new star when Deborah Marie Kuhn, better known as Debby, left us. Debby was born on August 31, 1970, in Dallas, Texas. She truly lived the old saying: “Once a Texan, always a Texan.” She loved all animals, and especially enjoyed horseback riding. She was among the top ten cattle showmen in five states and was even crowned the national queen for the Maine Anjous breed of cattle.
Debby graduated from Zionsville High School, where she was a mat maid for the wrestling team. She then attended Butler University. She excelled in everything she tackled, including an incredibly successful career. Debby was a true “handy man” and there wasn’t much she couldn’t fix. She was an avid soccer mom—no matter the weather—and cheered the loudest of anyone there.
Debby had to leave the love of her life, her husband, Rick, and their precious children, Tyler, Jessica, Abby, and Jillian, along with her mother, brother, and the rest of her large, loving family. Her family could not join her on this trip, but you can be sure she is watching over them. She will be missed but will always live in our hearts.
