Deborah Joyce Lee, lovingly known as Debbie, was born on October 30, 1950, in Morehead, Kentucky. She graced this world with her presence for 75 years before passing away naturally on February 9th 2026, in Milford, Ohio.  A beloved daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother, Deborah leaves behind cherished memories for her family, including her devoted children Loni Adkins, Candice Lee and Aaron Lee and her treasured grandchild, Julian Sturgill. She is also survived by her sister, Linda (Phil) Hansel, and her brother, Darrell Gilliam. Her two sister in laws Renee Lee and Yolanda Lee.  Deborah was preceded in death by: her parents Lonnie & Bernice Gilliam, brother Larry Gilliam, sister Elizabeth Hacker and her beloved husband Larry Lee.Deborah's passion for life was evident in her many interests. She found great joy in the pages of Amish novels, often losing herself in their simplicity and depth.  A gifted writer, she captured her thoughts and dreams in words, weaving stories that inspired those around her. Deborah was also known for her remarkable green thumb, bringing life and color to her home through thriving houseplants. Her culinary skills were exquisite; her southern dishes were a comforting staple for her family, reflecting her love for them in every meal she prepared.Deborah's greatest joy was found not in accolades or achievements, but in the warmth of family gatherings and the laughter shared around the dinner table. Her nurturing spirit and unwavering love left a lasting imprint on all who knew her. In keeping with her wishes, no services will take place.As we remember Deborah Joyce Lee, we reflect on the beautiful legacy of love, laughter, and family she leaves behind. She will be dearly missed and forever cherished in the hearts of those who loved her.Evans Funeral Home, Milford has been entrusted with the final arrangements.
