Debra A. Hill

November 25, 1955 — December 22, 2024

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Debra Ann Hill, who left this world peacefully on December 22, 2024, at the age of 69. Debra was born on November 25, 1955, in London, Kentucky, and lived a life rich with love, family, and adventure.  A devoted wife and loving mother, Debbie cherished her family above all else. She is survived by her beloved spouse, Fred Hill, her son Mike (Sadie) Williams, her daughter Melissa Scheid, and her son Marty Olson. Debbie also leaves behind her treasured grandchildren, Brady (Katie) Stafford, Alexis Hale, Chloe Williams, Michael Williams, Max Williams, and Kai Scheid, along with her great-grandchildren, Henry and Jack Stafford. Her siblings, Sandy Williams, Randy Cotton, and Rick Cotton, mourn her loss, as she touched the lives of everyone around her with her generosity and kindness.

Debbie had a rewarding career with many achievements as a District Manager for Avon, which allowed her to travel across the U.S. and even to Spain. This position brought her immense joy and fulfillment, but it was her passion for family that truly defined her. She enjoyed many cherished moments traveling and camping with Fred, creating a lifetime of memories that will be treasured by her family.  An avid quilter, Debbie had a special fondness for sewing. Her quilts not only showcased her artistic talent but also became a symbol of her love and dedication to those she cared for. Each stitch wove together her life's story, filled with love, warmth, and the vibrant colors of her spirit.  To honor Debbie's life and legacy, a funeral service will be held at Evans Funeral Home in Goshen on December 28, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. Friends and family are invited to pay their respects during the visitation on December 27, 2024, starting at 6:00 p.m until 8:00 p.m. She will be laid to rest in Graceland Memorial Gardens following the service.  While Debbie may have departed from this earthly life, her spirit will live on in the hearts of those who loved her. She will be remembered for her unwavering dedication to family, her zest for life, and the countless ways she brought joy to everyone she met. As we gather to celebrate her life, we will carry forward her legacy of love and togetherness. Rest in peace; dear Debbie, you will be missed more than words can express.  Debbie was preceded in death by: her parents Claude Eugene Baker and Hallie Pennington, sister Patty Pell, and stepdaughter Jennifer Mary Avery.
