Delbert E. Lay beloved husband of the late Mary Ellen (nee Pruitt) Lay; loving father of Randy W. Lay and Gary M. Lay; dear grandfather of Ryan W. Lay, Ashley E. Lay, Andrew M. Lay, Aaron Lay, and Madison Lay; brother of Bill Lay, Rose Bowers, Yvonne Logue; he was preceded in death by his parents, Took Davis Lay and Martha Ellen (nee Weaver) Lay and these siblings, Lester Lay, Vernice Haverkamp, Freddie Lay, Loretta Wendland, Ralph Lay, Mayetta Jacob, Lila Loggins, Oscar Lay, Betty Lou Lay; half brothers & sisters Lucy Reynolds, Selma Lay, Floye Briggs, Lena Lay, and Denver Lay. Passed away peacefully on Sunday July 5, 2015. Age 79. Residence West Chester, Ohio. Graveside service will follow at 2:00 PM at Rose Hill Cemetery, 171 Mason - Montgomery Rd, Mason, OH.
