Fraley, devoted mother of Kathy (Jim) Scott, Dale (Kimberly) Schneider and Michael (Trish) Steven, caring step-mother of Edward Allen (Stephanie) Fraley Jr., Jonathon Wayne (Janet) Fraley and Walter Shane Fraley,loving grandmother of Miranda Cook, Zachary Rickett, J.D. Scott, Cody Scott, Tiffany Schneider, Trevor Schneider, Zach Taylor, Kelly Stevens, J.D. Stevens and Dominic Stevens, great-grandmother of Kaylee Clark, Brileigh Cook, Mia Cook, Jerimiah Sebastian, Briella Sebastian, Rylee Stevens, Hunter Stevens and Gideon Stevens, dear sister of Richard Smith. Passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2018 at the age of 73. She was a resident of Union Township. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, Milford, on Thursday, October 11th from 9:30 AM until time of funeral services beginning at 11 AM.
