Donald E.Franke, Survived by his wife Frances Franke; Father of Linda (Thomas) Tabeling and Alice (Michael) Chumbley; Grandfather of Melissa Tabeling and Kathryn Chumbley. Passed away Friday, March 11, 2016 at the age of 85 years. Resident of Terrace Park, Ohio. Graduate of the University of Cincinnati: B.S and M.S. in Sociology, with a lifelong interest in preservation of the Little Miami River. Visitation at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center Street Milford, Ohio, Friday March 18, 2016 10:00 AM until time of service at 11:00 AM.
