(nee Yeates) Frederick and the late Thelma (nee Fenton) Frederick; loving father of Janice (Steve) Ciszewski and John (Karla) Frederick; step-father of Debra Braken and Rebecca (Charles) Hocker; dear grandfather of Christopher Ciszewski, Kenneth (Jenna) Frederick and several step-grandchildren; great grandfather of Olivia Frederick. Passed away Thursday April 7, 2016. Age 86. Residence Eastgate. Friends may call Monday April 11th from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center Street, Milford, OH 45150. Graveside service to follow at Arlington Memorial Gardens in Mt. Healthy, OH.
