Ginn, Donald R., beloved husband of Fern Oppy Ginn, devoted father of Kathy Ginn, David (Anne) Ginn, D.D.S., Lisa (Charles) Evans, loving grandfather of Andrew (Aubrey) Ginn, Katie (Jordon) Stum, Laura and Adam Ginn, Brian, Libby (fiancé, Marcus Rose) and Chad Evans. Passed away August 21, 2016, age 84, residence Washington Court House, OH. He graduated from Portsmouth High School and Rio Grande College. He served 4 years active duty in the US Air Force and retired in 1988 from the US Air Force Reserves. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, August 24, 10:30 AM at the Grace United Methodist Church, 301 E Market St, Washington Court House, OH 43160. Burial will follow at Washington Court House Cemetery with military honors. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6-8 PM at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace United Methodist Church. Evans Funeral Home, Milford, OH serving the family.
