Donald Ray Lower, beloved husband of Jessica Phillips, loving father of Schyanne Tucker, Hunter Lower, Rayleah Lower and Dawnlee Lower, caring grandfather of Dustin, dear son of Donna Humphreys and Randy Humphreys. Passed away on Sunday, April 15, 2018 at that age of 42 years. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Amelia American Legion Hall, 137 E Main St, Amelia, OH 45102 on Sunday, May 6th from 2-5 PM.
