Samples, Donald E., Sr. husband of the late Ida Fee Samples, devoted father of Donald (Carol) Samples and Tom (Debbie) Samples, loving grandfather of David (Tami) Samples, Chris Samples Mary Samples, Brook (Donald) Berning, John (Tiffany) Samples and Bethany Samples, great grandfather of Matthew, Jacob, Nate, Jay, Emma, Avery and Allie, brother of the late Ralph and Shirley, also survived by his best friend his dog Sam. Sunday, April 12, 2015, age 92, residence Glen Este, OH. He was WWII US Army Veteran. Services Emmanuel United Methodist Church, Wednesday, April 15, 11 AM, visitation 10 AM until time of service. Memorial contributions may be made to Emmanuel United Methodist Church, 4312 Amelia Olive Branch Rd., Batavia, OH 45103 or charity of choice.
