Donna Virginia Rice , 60, passed September 7, 2023. Cherished daughter of the late James and Lola Mosser. Survived by her partner Bill Smith, son Jeremy Rice and his children Macie, Asher and Carter Rice, son Alex Rice and his children Dean and Nori Rice and son Max Black.
