Donna C. Withrow loving mother of Randy and Debra Withrow, Wayne and Jamie Withrow and the late Christine Withrow; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; dear sister of Tim Wehrmeyer Ardella Freeman and Bill Bradford; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Virgie Freeman and Alta (nee Kotz) Freeman; and her siblings, Jack Freeman, Jimmy Freeman, David Freeman, Mike Freeman, Kathy Hartman, Charlotte Bradford and Roy Bradford. Sunday October 2, 2016. Age 75. Residence Cincinnati. Visitation will be Wednesday October 5, 2016 from Noon until 1:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center St, Milford, OH 45150. Graveside service will follow at 1:30 PM Wednesday in Graceland Memorial Gardens, 5989 Deerfield Road, Milford, OH.
