Dora E. Watson

Dora E. Watson (nee Burke) age 90 of Batavia died May 8, 2021, at Batavia Nursing Care Center in Batavia. She was born January 26, 1931 in Floyd County, Kentucky the daughter of Boles and Lillie Mae Ray Burke. She was a factory worker for 20 years at ServaPortion in Madeira, she retired from Johnson & Johnson. Dora was a member of Fist Baptist Church of Milford and she volunteered with Milford Miami Ministries. She is survived by her loving son and daughter-in-law, Randy and Robin Watson, daughter, Lisa Valentine, granddaughters, Julie (the late Steve) Kretten, Crystal (Stephen) Morgan, Vanessa and Deanna Watson, great grandchildren Dylan, Jordan, Adrianna, Kaylee, Bryson, and Matthew. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Calvin, her sisters, Edith, Melissa, and Dorothy. Graveside service will be at Graceland Memorial Gardens Friday May 14, 2021 at 1:00 PM. Dr. Charles Keen will officiate.
