Doretta R Smith

Doretta Smith age 93 of Milford and formerly of Camp Dennison passed away Sunday morning, August 4, 2019 at SEM Haven. She was born June 4, 1926, in Cincinnati, the daughter of Edmond and Elsie (nee Riesz) Mahlenkamp. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband Clarence H. Smith on November 12, 2004. She is survived by her son, Clarence (the late Terry) Smith, daughter Judith Waters, Grandchildren Devon and Ryan Daniel, Natasha Allen, and Michael Harris, 8 great-grandchildren, and brother; Robert E. Mahlenkamp along with several nieces and nephews. Services will be 10:30 AM, Tuesday, August 13, 2019 at the Evans Funeral Home, Milford. Family and friends will be received on Monday, August 12, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM with Cardinal Chapter #140 O.E.S. Services at 7:30 PM. Her family requests memorials in her honor are made to the charity of their choice.
