Doris Kuhn Falgner

Doris May Falgner (nee Kuhn) age 89 of Blanchester, died surrounded by her family on Friday, November 13, 2015, at the Cape May Retirement Village in Wilmington, OH. She was born August 20, 1926 in Pittsburgh, PA the daughter of Charles and Helen Nelligan Kuhn and the granddaughter of Mary Agnes Nelligan, all of whom preceded her in death. After her graduation from Sacred Heart High School in Pittsburgh, Doris traveled to Loveland, Ohio to join the International Grail organization. Her family was thankfull for the woman that she was...daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, adventurer, seeker, world traveler, student, bank teller, real estate agent, EMS volunteer, poll worker, library board member, poet, photographer, artist, music lover, dancer, seamstress, gardener, farmer, avid reader and scrabble player. She was also a member of the Holy Name and St. Martin Catholic Churches. Her husband, John L. Falgner Sr. preceded her in death August 3, 1998. She is survived by her 10 children, Barbara Syphax; John (Cindy) Falgner Jr.; Susan Falgner, Betsy F. (Jim) Hart; Tina Falgner; Joe (Cathy) Falgner; Janet Falgner; Charles Falgner; Helen (Has) Hingl and Tony (Linda) Falgner, 19 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and her sister Mary Emma Kuhn. Along with many friends in Blanchester, Loveland and Pittsburgh. Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at the Grail Oratory (large white building across from the main Grailville property), 932 O'Bannonville Rd. Loveland 45140. Rev. George Wilson will celebrate the Mass and burial will follow in the St. Andrew Cemetery in Milford. Family and friends may call 5:00 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday the 17th, at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St. Rt. 28, Goshen, 45122.
