Doris Revell Philhower (nee Hall), wife of the late Charles Vance Philhower, Sr., devoted mother of Darlene Robinson, Chuck (Laura) Philhower and David (Amy) Philhower, loving grandmother of Jon (Tara), Jason (Monica), Vance (Jacqui), Beth, Ashley, Andrew and the late Amanda and David, great-grandmother of Kaylyn, Nicole, Alex, Peyton, Pierce, Serenidi, Madelyn, Starr, Skye, Noah, Braylon, Gavin, Paisley and Aiden, dear sister of Ruth, Orville, Seymour, Robert and Delmer. Passed away on Monday, April 25, 2016 at the age of 82 years. She was a resident of Milford. Family will receive friends at Evans Funeral Home, Milford on Friday, April 29th from 1 to 2 PM. Services will follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens beginning at 2:30 PM.
