Dorothy Marie Acuff

Acuff, Dorothy Marie, age 81 of Williamsburg passed away Saturday, April 16, 2022, at her residence. She was born October 3, 1940, in Wilmington, Ohio the daughter of William and Josephine Jones Conover. Dorothy graduated from Blanchester High School in 1958. She retired from a supervisory role at Mosler Lock Company. In her spare time, she enjoyed planting flowers and gardening. She liked doing puzzles and she adored her children and grandchildren. She was even a second mom to many. She is survived by her son, Richard (late Andrea) Acuff; her daughter, Lori Woods and her husband Bill; her grandchildren Eric, Shawn, Adam, Autumn, Nichole, Heather, Jamie, Deanna, Kellie, Lauren, and Justin; and 17 great grandchildren; her twin brother Donald Lee Conover; and many nieces and nephews; Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Robin (late Dan) Messer; her siblings, Mary Jo, Patricia Ann, and Daryl. Visitation will be at Evans Funeral Home 1944 State Route 28 Goshen, Ohio 45122 Wednesday April 20, 2022 from 11:00 AM until time of funeral service at 12:00 Noon. Burial to follow at Plainview Cemetery.
