Dorothy E. Feist

Dorothy E. Feist, born on December 28, 1926, in Cincinnati, Ohio, peacefully passed away on September 10, 2024, at her home, surrounded by her loved ones. A devoted homemaker, Dorothy was best known for her infectious laugh and unwavering love for her family.

Throughout her life, Dorothy nurtured her sons, Steven (Debbie), Darrell (Jan), and Dan (Rita), and shared a special bond with her grandchildren Traci, Jason, Sarah, Matt, Becky, Angela, and Chris. Her legacy lives on through her great-grandchildren Tristin, Trinity, Kyleigh, Avah, Madalyn, Tobin, Anthony, Jeffrey, Kaiden, and Kalea, as well as her great-great-grandchild, Raylynn.

A caring individual, Dorothy was a dedicated caregiver, especially to her sisters, Rona, Eula, and Nancy. She possessed an adventurous spirit and found great joy in traveling, often exploring new places with her beloved sister, Nancy.

Dorothy's life will be celebrated, and her memory cherished at the upcoming funeral services. A visitation will take place at St. Thomas More Church on September 16, 2024, beginning at 10:00 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am. The burial will occur at Graceland Memorial Gardens.

In Dorothy's honor, her family invites all those whose lives she touched to join them in sharing stories, memories, and laughter as they remember her remarkable life and the love she spread to all who knew her.

Dorothy was preceded in death by: parents Bascum and Stella Lair, husband George E. Feist, and was the last of thirteen brothers and sisters.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Ohio Living Hospice.
