Dorothy Jean (nee Franz) Hamblin beloved mother of Lee (Theresa) Hickey and Rebecca "Becky" Hamblin; cherished Grandma of Kelsie, Kylie, Tyler, Ashley, Austin and Brandon; Great Grandma of Ilya; dear sister of Shirley Bilzing; aunt of several nieces and nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Betty (nee Kelly) Franz; and her brother, Ronald Franz. Passed away Friday February 23, 2018. Age 61. Residence Blanchester, OH. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 1944 St Rt 28, Goshen, OH on Tuesday February 27th from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Graveside service will be held at Noon on Tuesday February 27th at Goshen Cemetery.
