Stricker, Ed "Bud" - Beloved husband of 63 years to Mavis Stricker (nee King); Devoted dad of Mark (Melissa) Stricker, Christi (Tom) Eubanks, and Jim (Sherri) Kelly; Loving grandpa of Jason (Lydia) Kelly, Brandon Kelly, Felicia Kelly, Bethany (Jeremy) Johnson, and Sarah (Julio) Martinez; Great grandpa of Addison Souther, Willow Kelly, Peyton Johnson, and Josiah Johnson; Preceded in death by his parents, Toby Stricker and Daisy Stricker (nee Taylor), his siblings Gertrude Brewer, Vivian Gabriel, Dorothy Lyons, and Gary Stricker; Ed was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, where he rebuilt Pearl Harbor after the invasion; Upon his honorable discharge, he met Mavis, and they married in 1953. They became members of Mulberry Wesleyan Church in 1956, raised a family of 3 children and they were very active in maintaining the church. Ed retired from ITT Technical after 36 years of employment; Ed went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday May 17, 2017 age 89 years; Resident of Milford; Visitation at Mulberry Community Church 949 State Route 28 Milford, Ohio 45150, Monday May 22, 2017 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM; Burial to follow at Graceland Memorial Gardens.
