Edward Zix

Edward Zix (74) passed away on December 22nd, 2022. "PopPop" was survived by his loving wife Gloria Zix of (51) Years. He is survived by his son Matt Zix (Erin Zix) and his grandchild; Kyla Zix and He is also survived by his siblings Greg (Kathy) Zix and Bonnie (Zix) Gardner. Preceded in death by his sisters Kate (Zix) Balsly, Linda (Zix) Bollmer, and Angela Zix. Edward was a St. Clement and Roger Bacon graduate, worked at Ford Motor Company for over 30 years. Besides family, Ed loved watching personal finance shows and playing around in the stock market. He enjoyed hanging out with family and friends and spending time at his condo in Florida. He was most known with his family to go over-the-top at Christmas to the point where he would scour 4-5 different stores to find goofy gifts for all the kids during the family Christmas gathering. The world lost one of their best and he will be sadly missed by everyone who knew him. In lieu of a service, Ed wished to be cremated and will have a celebration of life in which time and location is yet to be determined.
