Edwin Lee Stith

Edwin Lee Stith, age 87, of Cincinnati, formerly of Hamilton, passed Saturday, December 5, 2015 at the Dobbins Nursing Home in New Richmond. He was born October 9, 1928 in Covington, Kentucky the son of Earl Perry and Hazel Anna May Becker Stith. He was a Tech/5 U.S. Army Veteran serving during W.W. II. After his service in the Army he worked as an electrician for the City of Hamilton, OH. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary E. Maines Stith in September 2010 and his daughter, Karen (Gerald) Braun. He is survived by his children, Edwin (Linda) Stith Jr.; Michael (Sonja) Stith, Kathy (Tim) Coulson, 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildrren, and siblings Marilyn McIntosh, Bill, Earl, Robert and James R. Stith. Services will be 7:00 PM Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at the Mt. Carmel Christian Church, 4110 Bach Buxton Rd. Batavia, OH 45103. Family and friends may visit from 6:00 PM until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, his family requests memorials to the Mt. Carmel Christian Church.
