Edwina Heist

Edwina "Winnie" (nee Connelly) Heist beloved wife of the late Carl A. Heist; loving mother of Christopher E. (Pamela) Heist, Jeffrey M. (Christina) Heist and Timothy J. (Terri) Heist; cherished grandmother of Emily, Adam, Samantha, Justin, Brandon, Zachary and Michael; great grandmother of Carter, Kara and Ella; dear sister of Martha Garrison and Mary Jane Fox; aunt of numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents Edwin A. Connelly and Susan nee Vogel Connelly. Monday January 17, 2022. Age 88. Residence Owensville, Ohio. Winnie worked as an accounting manager for Ohio River Company. She also was a baker and ran a family business out of her home with her sisters named "Homemade Sweets By Susie", in honor of their mother Susan Connelly. After retirement, Winnie had a tax and accounting service from her home. Winnie requested there be no visitation. Private Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St Angela Merici Church St Patrick Chapel in Fayetteville by the family. Burial will follow at St Patrick Cemetery in Fayetteville, Ohio. Public Celebration of Life to be held at a later date. Donations may be given to the Greater Cincinnati Chaper of the Alzheimer's Association.
