Elaine Ruth (nee Newbre) Otto beloved wife of the late Robert B. Otto, Sr.; loving mother of Robert B. (Lori) Otto, Jr. and Jeff (Terri) Otto; Grandmother of Tina Semple, Amy Otto-Carey, Robert Grayson Otto and Rachel Erin Otto; Great Grandmother of Adan Castellon; dear sister of Joyce Hawkins, Alton Newbre and Fred Newbre. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Ruth (nee Hills) Newbre; and siblings, Mae Hanneman and Lynn Newbre. Passed away January 16, 2019. Age 89. Residence Miami Township - Loveland. Visitation will be held at the Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center St., Milford on Thursday from 1:00 PM until time of service at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Miamiville, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to the charity of one's choice.
