Elizabeth "Betsy" (nee Chandler) Hoskins beloved soulmate of Keith Burkhardt; loving mother of Stephanie (Scott Clifton) Eversole, Stephen (Holli) Blake, Allyson (Steve) Hoskins, Thomas Hoskins, Nathan (Heather) Burkhardt and Brandon (Jade) Burkhardt; cherished Grammy of Avery, Peyton, Carson, Cameron, Caylee, Charlotte and Brynlee; dear sister of Donald R. Chandler, Linda Thompson, Mark Chandler, Mary Jo Hoskins, Patrick Chandler, Theresa Willenbrink and the late Thomas Chandler; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald M. and Alice (nee Sullivan) Chandler. Passed away Friday December 1, 2017. Age 58. Residence Milford. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday December 7, 2017 at the Evans Funeral Home, 741 Center St., Milford. Mass of Christian Burial will be held 9:30 AM Friday December 8, 2017 at St Andrew Church, 552 Main St, Milford. Burial will follow at St Andrew Cemetery in Milford.
