Eugene Arthur Kneipp

Eugene Arthur Kneipp, 96, passed May 22, 2023. He was born in Cincinnati in 1927 to the late Joseph W. and Grace Elizabeth Kneipp. He was raised in Madisonville with seven brothers and seven sisters. He is survived by his wife, Ernestine, a daughter, Ann M. Kneipp, and a granddaughter, Daphne Grace Kneipp, several siblings, and many nieces and nephews. Gene served as a US Marine in the Pacific Theatre in World War II, earning several medals, including the Purple Heart, and was proud of his service. He worked as a Master Carpenter for over 40 years, mainly in the Cincinnati area. Gene loved his country, his family, his work, and was blessed with many friends. A visitation will be held at Evans Funeral Home 741 Center St. Milford, Ohio 10 AM – 11 AM Friday June 2, 2023, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Andrews Church in Milford at 11:30 AM.
